3INVEST, a real estate company that provides acquisitions and investments for consumers on the 17th of September, opened doors to the 7th edition of the real estate conference and exhibition, Real Estate Unite. The conference which was exclusively open to attendees was a gathering of learned professionals, who shared opinions and suggestions on ways to create a better and sustainable future in the real estate sector.
Real Estate Unite provides an important platform for the residential, office, retail, healthcare, hospitality and industrial sectors of Africa’s property industry to network, learn, showcase and discuss opportunities and issues in global real estate yearly. However, this year’s event which was tagged “the conversation summit” featured three panels focusing on:
- The future of real estate- Technology as an innovative and transformative tool
- Nexus between policy, legal and regulatory framework and real estate growth in Nigeria
- Commercial Real Estate, in Nigeria.
The CEO 3NVEST Limited, Ruth Obih-Obuah, emphasized the need to track the economic dynamism in real estate, advocating for policies that will encourage meaningful contribution towards the development of the Nigerian economy. She further stated that addressing the challenges inhibiting the real estate industry will fast-track economic growth and development
