Real Estate Investment firm promises on taking Nigeria Global

Real Estate investment firm, Fine and Country intends to hold its next ‘Refined Investor Series” in London, United Kingdom, a two-day forum which will take place on October 6-7.
The firm has unveiled plans to attract leading Nigerian professionals in the Diaspora, sport stars, entrepreneurs and wealth advisors, among others, to opportunities in the country’s real estate industry.

The Business Development and Sales Consultant, Fine and Country, Nonye Mike-Nnaji, said the real estate forum with the theme, ‘Taking Nigeria to the world’, would showcase current and upcoming projects in the residential and commercial markets at both the luxury and mid-market segments.

“The forum is for astute and aspiring investors to receive accurate and current market insight and lead conversations that will address the myths and misconceptions of investing in Nigeria, while exposing and connecting investors with safe, pre-qualified real estate opportunities from the leading and most reputable Nigerian developers,” she said.

According to Mike-Nnaji, the forum will focus on issues that include how to navigate investments in Nigeria, which will be a highlight of the latest developments in the ease of doing business policy framework, spotlight on investing in Lagos, and residential property opportunities.

Others, she said, would be a review of the commercial office market and its future; urban regeneration and the suburban cities that would shape Nigeria’s residential real estate in the next 10 to 20 years; and why it had become important for Nigerians in the Diaspora to invest in the Nigerian real estate market.

“There are myths and misconceptions about investing in Nigeria. Though we have challenges, especially in land purchase, which create constraints for would-be investors, but we want to set this straight.”

Mike-Nnaji stated that to make the forum a success, the firm was in discussion with seasoned and astute investment experts, renowned veterans in the Nigerian real estate industry, and government ministries, both at the federal and state levels.
