Oak Homes, a Real estate development company, says it is seeking to attract Nigerians in the Diaspora to its housing projects in the country, as part of plans to expand its market base.
The company stated that based on this, it would be unveiling its luxury projects at a roadshow to Nigerians in the United Kingdom on April 7, in London.
The Chief Executive Officer, Oak Homes, Mr. Kayode Olusanya, said the UK would be the first opportunity to be part of the firm’s vision.
He stated, “Offering luxury real estate to Nigerians in the Diaspora will allow them to have something back home, irrespective of whatever real estate asset they have in the UK and USA.
“Luxury should not be managed, but expressed. The sector of the market that Oak Homes plays in is such that clients are well informed, well-travelled and definitely have a minimum expectation of luxury living.”
According to him, the company will soon be unveiling two major projects made up of semi-detached duplexes, detached duplexes and terraces in Victoria Island and Ikoyi, Lagos.
Olusanya said the company’s business model was off-plan, where subscribers would pay a fraction of the cost and spread the balance over 24 months, while the houses were being developed.
He stated that the company would like to build a followership through the roadshow, adding that it had already secured a qualified team of facility managers to ensure that luxury buildings were preserved.
He said the benefits of the roadshow would include flexible and interest-free payment options, which could be stretched for as much as 24 months, and interest-free payment plans spread over the life of the development.
Olusanya assured Nigerians in the Diaspora that his firm would ensure that brand promises were kept with integrity, mastery and top-level professionalism from all stakeholders.
